The service

SkipAds is a free, independent website for watching YouTube videos on a clean page. Videos are hosted and served by YouTube and play through YouTube's embedded player. SkipAds does not host, download, copy or redistribute any video.

SkipAds is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC.

YouTube's terms

SkipAds uses YouTube API Services. By using SkipAds you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and YouTube's handling of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. How SkipAds itself handles your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You can use SkipAds without an account. Signing in with Google is optional and adds a subscription feed and synced playlists. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You can stop using your account at any time and revoke SkipAds' access from your Google Account permissions page.

Acceptable use

When using SkipAds, you agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone else's rights;
• interfere with or disrupt the service, or place an unreasonable load on it;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other users' accounts, or our systems;
• use the service in a way that violates YouTube's terms.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Content

Videos, thumbnails, titles, channel information and comments shown on SkipAds belong to their respective owners and come from YouTube. We do not create, review or control that content and are not responsible for it.

Creators decide whether their videos can be played outside YouTube. Some videos, including age-restricted and region-locked ones, may not be available on SkipAds. To report a video that infringes your copyright, use YouTube's copyright complaint process, since the video is hosted by YouTube. Availability and changes

SkipAds is provided free of charge. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time, and features may stop working if YouTube changes how its services work.

Disclaimer

SkipAds is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any particular video will play.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkipAds and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use SkipAds after a change means you accept the updated terms.
